Proven experience as a Hardware Engineer, preferably in a senior or lead role.
Expertise in schematic design and PCB layout using tools like Altium, OrCAD, or KiCad.
Strong knowledge of digital and analog circuit design.
Proficiency in using hardware debugging tools and equipment.
Experience with embedded systems and microcontroller/microprocessor-based designs.
Familiarity with FPGA and CPLD design is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Project management experience is advantageous.
Familiarity with compliance standards and regulations for hardware development.
